Looks like wool, soft and fluffy like wool but it's cotton! Woolies Flannel is perfect for quilting and crafting. We love it in wool applique as both a background and a backing. One yard cuts.

Woolies Shadowplay Flannels will always be the perfect flannel!
Shadowplay Woolies is my most favorite flannel; you cannot go wrong with any of the woolies flannel and the Shadowplay has such wonderful tones. The scans have always been very accurate in color as long as your monitor is adjusted for color well. You'll be able to see the actual colors in the collection the scans are that accurate. I have been buying Woolies for years and always loved whatever I got and I buy everything online which sometimes does not work but always does for Woolies. I highly suggest it for the best flannel out there for quilting. I purchased the Threads That Bind pattern #185 which is their Stitch-n-Stuff Rabbit, what a fun design, I got the Golden Glow Shadow Play flannel for that project, it's the perfect color. I have not purchased much lately from Winterberry but years ago I did and all their fabrics and patterns I have been very sataisfied with! It's a very good place to shop.
