| Placing An Order Please use our secure online shopping cart to place your order. Simply click on the "Add to Cart" button to add an item to your order. You have the option of either checking out after each addition or to continue shopping. When you have finished shopping, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button and follow the simple directions. When you have finalized the checkout process, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been received. If you are paying using a check or money order, print out your confirmation and mail it to us with your payment. You may also call in your order at (802) 279-3353.

| Shipping All in stock items will be shipped within (5) business days, excluding holidays and weekends. All products are shipped within the continental United States via USPS mail services First Class or Priority mail according to USPS regulations. If you are outside the continental United States, please e-mail us with a list of items that you would like to purchase with your address. We will calculate the shipping charges and advise you of the total cost. Then if you decide you would still like to make your purchase, contact us with your payment information.

| Returns We are very proud to offer you superior quality in all of our products and we think you'll be thrilled with your purchase but we also understand that computer monitors display color differently so returns are accepted on our woolens. We also accept returns on our giftware as well. We do not accept returns on swatch samples, woolen strips, custom-dyed woolens, books, wool kits and patterns due to the nature of these products. Thank you for your understanding. You may return a woolen or giftware product within 14 days of original purchase date for a full refund, less a 10% restocking fee and less the original shipping charge. Return shipping costs to us is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the order was incorrectly processed by us. Returned woolens must NOT be cut and all products MUST be returned in their original condition. Please e-mail us prior to returning any product. You can shop securely on our site! Credit Cards are processed securely.
