We are very proud to offer you superior quality in all of our products and we think you'll be thrilled with your purchase but we also understand that computer monitors display color differently so returns are accepted on our woolens. We do not accept returns on swatch samples, woolen strips, custom-dyed woolens, books, wool kits and patterns due to the nature of these products. Thank you for your understanding.
Orders may be returned within 14 days of purchase date. Store credit will be issued less a 10% restocking fee and less the original shipping charge. Return shipping costs to us is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the order was incorrectly processed by us. Returned woolens must NOT be cut and all products MUST be returned in their original condition. Please e-mail us prior to returning any product.
We use the United States Postal Service for shipping our products. Shipping is calculated based on a table rate based on the total of your order. Paid orders will ship within 3-10 business days. We ship either First Class or Priority Mail. We do not offer Overnight or Express delivery options.

Shipping to international addresses are billed and then adjusted based on actual shipping costs. An invoice will be sent for any additional cost.
