Winterberry Cabin is an owner/dyer small business managed by me, Phyllis Jackson. I have been dyeing wool since 2004 when my passion for rug hooking prompted me to try out the dye pots. As a girl with a can-do attitude, I bought some books, some equipment and jumped right in!
I love color and all the possibility that it holds, and dyeing wool lets me explore, have fun and get creative. It is my goal to create beautiful woolens that can be used in a number of ways.....rug hooking, applique, quilting, clothing, crafts and much more. One of my favorite pass times is to sit quietly stitching either in the early morning before my day starts or to help me unwind at days end.
